Returns & Refund Policy

At Shop of Comics, we take great care in describing, photographing and packing our collectible items. Since many of our products are rare, limited, numbered or no longer produced, we kindly ask our customers to contact us before returning any item.

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us by email and mention your order number. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

2. Return conditions

Returned items must be sent back complete and in the same condition as received.

For collectible items, this includes, where applicable:

> The original box;

> The certificate of authenticity;

> Numbered plaques or labels;

> Accessories;

> Protective packaging;

> All original parts belonging to the item.

Customers may inspect the item as they would in a physical shop. If an item is handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if it is returned damaged, incomplete or with missing collector elements, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

3. Return shipping costs

For returns under the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the item is paid by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, especially for rare, fragile or high-value collector items.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

The refund includes the purchase price and the standard delivery cost. Additional delivery costs, such as express shipping or special delivery options chosen by the customer, may not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

5. Damaged, incorrect or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

> The item;

> The packaging;

> The shipping box;

> Any visible damage.

In such cases, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, refund or another agreed solution, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Important note for collectible items

Many of our products are collectible items. The box, certificate, numbering and overall condition can be an important part of the value. Please handle all items and packaging with care when inspecting them.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
