Shipping Policy

At Shop of Comics, we take great care in packing and shipping collectible items, figurines, statues, comic books and related collector products. Many of our products are rare, fragile, limited or no longer produced, so careful handling and secure packaging are very important to us.

1. Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment has been received.

During weekends, public holidays or exceptionally busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any unusual delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping carriers

We ship with trusted carriers such as Bpost, PostNL or another suitable carrier, depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and value of the order.

Where possible, orders are shipped with tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information by email.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

> Belgium / Netherlands : usually 1–3 business days after dispatch

> European Union: usually 3–10 business days after dispatch

> Outside the European Union: delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel size, weight and selected shipping method.

If free shipping is available for your order, this will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.

For large, heavy, fragile or high-value items, additional shipping arrangements may be required. In such cases, we will contact you before dispatch.

5. Customs, duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Shop of Comics is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

6. Receipt of goods

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend that you:

> ask the carrier to record the damage, if possible;

> take clear photos of the outside

>packaging before opening it;

>take photos of the item and inner

> packaging if damage is found;

> contact us as soon as possible at info@shopofcomics.com.

In case of severe visible damage, such as a crushed, opened, resealed or water-damaged parcel, you may refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.

These steps help us handle a claim with the carrier. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@shopofcomics.com and include:

>your order number;

>clear photos of the item;

>photos of the packaging and shipping box;

>a short description of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

8. Careful packaging

Because many of our products are collectible, fragile or limited items, we take extra care when packing each order. Original boxes, certificates and collector elements are handled carefully and protected as much as possible during shipment.
