This elegant “Cavalier Napoléonien” ex-libris by William Vance is a refined collectible dedicated to the work of one of Belgium’s most respected comic artists. Published by Les Petits Sapristains in 2005, the print measures 21 x 15 cm and was produced using the offset printing technique.
